Free Business Situation Evaluation (30 minute to 1 hour discussion)
Business and marketing strategy is unique to each business. It involves a clear understanding of the company’s capabilities, unique competencies, goals and objectives, and market influences. We can help you develop, fine tune, or change your strategy giving your team clear direction to establish action plans. The first step requires an evaluation discussion to understand the business environment and the strategic objectives. From this discussion, a set of objectives will be outlined and a proposal for on going coaching will be quoted.

Business Coaching
Through the process of business coaching, you will learn what works with your business and what needs to be changed. Through the coaching process you will learn how to grow your business, become more efficient, and create more value. Typical coaching sessions are one hour per week initially, followed by monthly reviews.

Market Survey
Understanding your customer is mandatory to building and growing your value proposition. Receiving customer feedback will help you understand how your product and service is received by those who have purchased. It does not help you understand why potential customers did not buy or what other customer groups may be targeted.
